Bill Cosby is gonna be pissed

I’ll say it again, but this time I’ll back up that statement with reasoning.

Bill Cosby is gonna be pissed … when he sees what Cold Stone Creamery did to his beloved Jell-O.

As expected, the company unveiled Jell-O ice cream as its latest confection for summer, but I’m of the opinion that they should have left yummy enough alone.

The ice cream, which comes in chocolate or butterscotch, has a spongy texture and kind of feels like you’re shoveling cold foam into your mouth. I was hoping for something that tasted like a Jell-O pudding pop, but was totally let down. The only cool thing was that when it melted, it turned into pudding.

That pudding I liked. But why spend $4 at Cold Stone for stuff that turns into pudding after 20 minutes when I can buy pudding at the store?

For what it’s worth, Fiancee Nadia enjoyed the Jell-O ice cream, saying that she liked the texture and would eat it again. She’s also agreed to spend the rest of her life with me, so her judgment is clearly questionable.

Try Jell-O ice cream at your local Cold Stone. If you want our pick for Cold Stone treat of the year, check out the ice cream cupcakes.

I’m not a fan of Cold Stone to begin with. Just like this picture shows, from all the mixing and blending, it leaves the ice cream mushy and runny! I prefer good, solid, COLD scoops of ice cream. These pudding flavors, and the picture reminds me why I’ll keep going to Baskin Robbins….until Farrells opens!!!

i’m not from the southern california area so i’m not in the know on farrells. how is it, why’d it go away?

      i liked swensen’s when i was a kid actually.

Cold Stone is gross anyway. That doesn’t even look like jell-o. Ew :(

joe’s italian ice off of harbor in anaheim has a chocolate soft serve that tastes like a rich, frozen and creamy chocolate pudding. loveee it.

I suspect most readers were amused by the title, but I was disappointed to see the way the title links Bill Cosby’s name with a word that tramples on the spirit of the old commercials by Jell-O featuring Bill Cosby and young children.
